No, To Creel Stop Motion to work properly both end sensor need to be installed on the site in aligned position to each other.
Please check all the electrical conenction with the Creel Stop Motion sensor as given in wiring diagram. Advice you to check the alignment of the both end sensors. it should be align with each other and there should be no blocking object between the sensor to function properly.
