Warp stop motion or Creel Stop Motion is a mechanism that stops the loom immediately when a warp thread breaks during weaving.
The main function of the warp stop motion is to detect breaks of the warp yarns. If a break of any warp yarn is detected, the weaving machine stops immediately. The weaver can repair the warp yarn break before the open end of the broken yarn gets stuck in moving machine parts.
Warp Stop Motion: This motion helps to stop the loom in case of warp yarn breakage or extensively loosened warp yarn.
Please check all the electrical conenction with the Creel Stop Motion as given in wiring diagram. Advice you to check the alignment of the both end sensors. it should be align with each other and there should be no blocking object between the sensor to function properly.
